Submit an Event

Step 1: Click on “Events Creator” in the menu.

Step 2: Click on the “Create Event” button.

Step 3: Fill out the required fields in the form, including:

  • Event Title: Provide a descriptive and engaging title.
  • Event Description: Add details about the event.

Note: Ensure that required fields are not left empty.

Step 4: Specify the event date and review the Event Status:

  • Scheduled: Indicates the event is planned and will proceed.
  • Canceled: Indicates the event is canceled but can be updated later.

Step 5: In the Venue Details and Organizer Details fields:

  • If the desired option is unavailable, type a new one into the field and click on the suggestion.

Step 6: Review all information for accuracy and click the “Submit Event” button at the bottom of the form.

Step 7: Your event will be sent for verification. Once approved, it will be published.
